Need a hand?

Email support@quietide.app with your phone model, operating system, Quietide version and what happened. Please keep passwords, sign-in links, confirmation codes and private journal entries out of your message. There is no guaranteed response time during testing.

My sign-in email hasn’t arrived

Check spam and junk folders, and confirm the address you entered. Quietide’s Firebase emails use the sender name Quietide and the address noreply@quietide.app. Use the latest link, on the phone where the app is installed. Never send your sign-in link or code to someone else.

Older emails from the Firebase project domain may still exist. If a link has expired, request a new one in the app. A new domain can still be filtered as spam while email providers learn its reputation.

I started as a guest

Open Settings and connect a sign-in provider before reinstalling, clearing the app’s data or moving to another phone. A guest account has no reusable email or password until you connect a provider. If you already lost that session, contact support; recovery cannot be promised without a way to verify ownership.

My reflection didn’t save

Keep the app installed and try again when you have a connection. Quietide preserves your pending answer for recovery. If another device changed the same entry, review the latest version before saving again.

I don’t see a recap yet

Recaps are prepared on a schedule after enough history has accumulated. Opening the app does not trigger generation. Weekly recaps currently require a 14-day completed-reflection streak; monthly recaps require enough mood days in the finished month.

Reminders, language and appearance

Open Settings to change your language, timezone, reminder hour, notification preference, or light/dark/system appearance. Notifications also need permission in your phone’s settings. Delivery is still undergoing device testing.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your account in the app, or request assistance if you can no longer open it. Read the deletion instructions.

Public availability

Quietide is currently being tested. Public App Store and Google Play downloads are not available yet. This website will link to the official listings when they are ready.
